Hey guys,
Hope everyone is staying safe and well, not much to do so this is my second project during covid..
My new stock arrived, its a MBR/ST1000 hybrib design with a few extras:
- centered around strengthening the action/pistol grip area..
- 20mm deeper in the butt and tapered to reduce use of spacers under rear bag..
- 1000mm in length
- thumb rest
Stock is very big in profile and extremely comfortable to shoot, basically 3" right through.. Will be getting painted next week...
Many thanks to JAG precision rifle stocks...
Looks like Cowan has jumped ship and will be now shooting Fstd, with myself and Jess..

Re: New Stock Arrived
Hey Gyro,
Cowan started out in FO his rifle was originally a 6XC, ive changed the barrel and stock to adhere too Fstd rules, including changing out to a heavier trigger spring (.5kg yuk).. Now that my other half has also started shooting, FStd fits the bill for us to run 3 rifles (costs / components and availability etc..)
Planned on this stock for myself but that ship sailed....
Cheers
Alan
