Bullet Seeker for fclass

#1 Postby GlennA » Sun Jan 15, 2023 12:49 pm

Hi Guys, just looking for feedback from fclass shooters who have used the Bullet Seeker Chrono. Keen to hear of people’s experiences with reliability with shot pick up and connectivity as well as how fclass shooters are positioning the unit itself to pick the shot up? All feedback is appreciated!
There’s a reason for everything!

Hello Glenn
I have been using a bullet seeker for about 4 months now. very pleased with the machine. I had been using a skyscreen chrono and it was very far from accurate. my only complaint is that if you do not set it up pretty carefully you can miss tracking a shot. I set up my rifle on my shooting bench and then position the bullet seeker about 25mm under the barrel and slightly pointing into the track of the bullet with a carpenter's clamp mounted on the bench and the unit held onto it with a rubber band. sounds a bit suss but it works a treat. other thing is that it only gives velocity at the muzzle although it tracks the bullet all the way out so you cannot come up with BC decay.
