I think that using plastic tips on CNC solid projectiles would be as effective as using tissue paper for a bullet proof vest :P Ricochets would be a huge issue in US as many ranges are so built out by housing that huge concrete berms are built out in front of the shooter to physically stop the fired projectile,if elevated too much, from landing in suburbia. I have some seen some of these concrete berms that are pockmarked with bullet strikes. Hate to think where a CNC solid would end up. Even copper jacket/lead core bullets get picked up in the supermarket car park of one club I know :shock: Ray.
