Rollsizer.com is an Australian based company that makes brass processing machinery (Rollsizers and Decappers) and recently released a new high precision Universal Rollsizer (URLS) designed to remove the case bulge causing Clickers / jamming in cases.
The URLS can be dialed in for custom rolling / resizing of the base of the case (up to 6mm above the extractor groove) where the sizing dies have problem reaching and removing the bulges. The URLS allows you to size the base to meet your chamber and also allows you to back out the sizing die slightly to perfectly seat your cases to the chamber without having to worry about chambering (minimises case stretch).
We have been making Rollsizers for 8 years now, but the URLS was released only a few weeks ago. The URLS was recently reviewed by Eric Cortina in his private forums and he is using it personally.
The new Universal Rollsizer is manufactured here in Perth W.A (no we are not American).
The Universal Rollsizer is a vernier accurate machine that allows very precise and repeatable sizing and can process all non-belted cases from 223 up to 50BMG.
Any questions please email me at info@rollsizer.com.
Regards
Kevin Whitehead.

Re: Rollsizer.com have a Universal Rollsizer
Erik Cortina loves this gizmo. I'm sold already, but wonder/wish if, in slimming the arse-end of case, it might magically introduce a tiny bit of primer pocket shrinkage...
Re: Rollsizer.com have a Universal Rollsizer
The rollsizer does not reduce the primer pocket stretch by itself but there is very strong anecdotal evidence that the rate of primer pocket expansion is significantly reduced. The designer (W.A based) routinely gets 40+ reloads out of very hot pistol loads and the case walls are thoroughly worn out before pocket stretch becomes significant. Feedback from other customers is the same.

I had a long talk with kevin when his roller sizer first came out as I immediately thought that this might be the “miracle cure” for primer pockets that have enlarged.
Sadly that is not the case but as far as “Clickers” go this is a real practical solution.
An issue that 7PRCW shooters know all too well… Get Erik C’s sizing die….
I have found that using a grade 8 bolt turned down till it just fits in a fired case neck, setting the case primer pocket on a 5/8” steel ball bearing and tapping the bolt head till a “go gauge” just fits into the primer pocket restores the fit and extends the life of the case for at least another 3-5 reloads and since cost and availability of brass is a real issue this is worth doing…
