I managed a 98 at 800mtrs, Ipswich prize shoot last weekend.

A proper 284!! :)

So what is this accuraccy improvement system mentioned and what are the 2 additions to the stock?

RDavies,
raven (richard braund) might have a photo of said accuracy improvement system.
as he is the manufacturer of it, i would suggest you p.m. him, or he might post a picture under "technical." a photo would explain it better then words.
of interest is his "group polarizing" barrel treatment.
he treated a new barrel with it & with a random load, and fireforming brass, shot a 96 with 10 ring elevation. exciting to say the least.
