Here is a pic of them side by side.

Base to ogive:
AMax 0.598"
JLK 0.539"

Length
AMax 1.157"
JLK 1.109"

Length to the ogive with hornady gauge:
Amaz 1.884"
JLK 1.831"

It seems the loaded amax ammo i have is jammed more than i thought it was but i am not going to change it as it shoots.
