I am new to 6.5x47 and am having a real hard time sizing brass.
Basically the problem is I can not FL size brass!
The case will enter the die OK until about 2/3 of the way and thats when things really get tight!
I have worked cases back and forward and slowly eased them to the point where the press cams over and bumps.
Unfortunately when I try and remove the case it dose not work! The cases are jammed to a point where the shell holder rips off the rim of the case and I am left removing the remainder of the case using a 10t press.
I am using INOX to size. I know this is not a case sizing oil but I have used it for years with great success on other cases.
SO....
Any idea on the cause of this?
And more to the point any idea how to fix this problem?
I keep thinking a oval / oversize chamber ?
Rifle shoots well and cycles fine.
Thanks in advance
JH
