185 reamed barrel for 155.5 bullets

Hi guys
My barrel has been reamed to accept 185 projectiles.As you know they are very hard to get .So,I tried 155.5 and let them out of the neck as much as I can.They are just OK.Somebody mentioned to me to use hubrids.The twist I've got is 1:12.Any ideas how to go with 155.5?

Hi Peter,

I Have a couple of hundred Berger 185 VLD's left over. You are welcome to them to get you out of trouble.
If your barrel has been throated specifically for the 185 Berger VLD's it's probably too long for the 155.5 and the Hybrid but might just be OK with the 155 VLD.

You could try the Dyer hbc 155grn projectiles. They seat out further than the bergers.
