Hi all i have a 22 B.R. Remington Redding Competition Bushing Neck Die set with aTitanium Nitride bushing do I need to lubricate the neck?

No, not necessary, but best if the bushing is no more that 2 to 3 thou smaller than an assembled round.

Let the case tell you. If it comes out of the die with noticeable striations on it, you need lube.
