New March scopes now advertised
For those who may be in the market for a new F-class scope and have deep pockets, March have just advertised their new High Master scope. A couple of benchrest options but for the F-classers there is a new 10-60x56 with 34mm tube now:

What I find most interesting is the eye relief increases as the magnification increases

Re: New March scopes now advertised
I had a sneaky peak through one back in November, I was watching the FT/R shooters at 1000 yards. Using a white V bull center I called a V bull at 2 0clock and then asked the owner to check the score and position of the spotting disc when the pulled target came back up, sure enough it was a V bull at 2 Oclock. Lighting conditions were good.

Oh darn, that will be a problem wont it?

Its elevation at 800- 1000yd (20 MOAish), will be

OH yes, smack bang in the middle of the optical centre.

Anyhow, I.m keen to see how they compare against my current 10-60s in either perfect conditions or in mirage conditions.
Re: New March scopes now advertised
I have one of the prototypes and been using over the past few weeks, it's optics are better than both the 10-60 and 5-50. Looking forward to seeing what it's like in good conditions as conditions here lately have pretty ordinary.

I'd like to have a look at that if you have it at the range this weekend Matt.
