Omark Barrel Adaptor identification

Hi all,
Just hoping someone here can help me with identifying the Omark barrel adaptor that is on my 308 Omark action. My Omark has a Maddco barrel on it. I've checked the thread on mine and it's a 1" x 16tpi.
The reason for this question is I've bought a fairly new 5.56 barrel and although the tenion is almost the same dimensions it has a 1" x 14tpi thread.
I thought all these adaptors used the same thread size but I must be wrong.

Back before adapters were purpose made, Nev Madden & likely others made them out of the butt ends of old Omark barrels, which resulted in either a separate recoil lug or one sweated or glued to the adapter. That looks like that type.

Allan Swan Gunsmith in Redbank Qld also makes them, would give him call?

Thanks guys for the info. So I guess I have a 5.56 barrel to sell now lol.
