Events with manual targets 2019

Post by Tim N »

Hi All,
To help with planning the shooting year what events will be shot on manual targets?
I understand that ETs will eventually take over so in the meanwhile I’d like to support the manual events.
If the Bisley shoots are competitor marked that’s great!
All the best for the new year

Hi Tim, This is a really good event with manual targets with attendance usually in the 50 plus shooters. You will be competing with some of South Australia's Finest. Please bring some mates!

Tim, if you like a challenge, check out the calendar of events on the Match Rifle.org web site.
Happy New Year. Cheers

Thanks for the replies
I won’t be able to get to all events but it’s great to see plenty of manual targets still in operation :!:

I indicated in a earlier post that the Blue Mountains DRA shoot was at Lithgow on manual targets as it has been every other year.
The DRA have decided this year it will be at Katoomba on Silver Mountain targets.

Sorry about that.

Tim,

You cannot go past the trial and tribulation that is - Rosedale Rifle Club. Guaranteed to provide equalising conditions that run true, both in mirage and wind. Great hospitality, great food, and great prizes.
Needless to say, we only run manual targets, with fast and efficient markers. We have not yet moved into the world of Bisley style shooting but I am confident we might explore this in the new year.

Why does everyone organise these good shoots for when I cant get off work. I would have twisted Tims arm in to road tripping down there for that weekend.
