Rear Diopter

Going through my Dads boxes of shooting equipment I found what looks to be a Rear Diopter. Its a AHG 89079 ULM. I screwed it into my Central sight and it certainly magnifies the sight picture, I can even see the number on the metal front ring.
Are these legal to use anymore ? I know if you used a rear diopter you couldnt use an eagle eye, unless you have one of the new 0.0 Diopters.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated thank you

I reckon it'd ok to use. But like you said, without the eagle eye.
