NSWRA Store?

I can understand that the store might be shut during lockdown. OK I get it. But I ordered stuff 3 weeks before that. Their email isn't working and apart from the initial receipt I've heard nothing.

I'm just trying to find out whether my stuff is still in the system, been sent, or is lost.

Does anyone know of an alternative contact to their published address at >> shop@nswra.com.au as mail to here bounces

The shop is currently closed. To the best of my knowledge anything that was pending prior to lockdown will be sorted out once it is over. If you call the NSWRA Sylvia will tell you pretty much the same thing.
