Just wondering what loads people are running and what sort of velocity they are geting

46.0 of 2208 gives me 3000 to 3010fps out of a 28" barrel

46.2 to 46.4 of 2208 depending on the weather temp. Small rifle primer gives about 2980 Fps 28" barrel. Regards Graham Sells. 8)

46gr 2208 in Palma brass, CCI 450. Berger seated at 10-15thou off lands gives 2880 in 26" barrel.

2208 @ 46.8, WIN cases, Madco 30" #7, jammed 5 to 10 thou. get around 3000fps.

47gn of 2208 in LAPUA cases CCI BR-2 primers and projectile jammed is FAR TOO HOT in my rifle. ADI list it as a max load for 155 GR. SIE HPBT. but for WINCHESTER cases. Zero sticky extraction issues after firing and even the primers didn't appear to be overly flat..............Primer pockets trashed though from brand new after first firing (measurably so), shows just how much difference case brand can make when your at or near the very end of the pressure curve. Lesson learnt! :oops:
