It claims it "cannot cut powder". Wouldn't it be more accurate if it did?

Cheers,
Ryan.

ryan,
they seem to consider that a strength.
guys using them claim +/- 0.1 gns with medium to fine powder and +/- 0.2 gns with coarse stick powder.
better than i can do with a redding and coarse smokeless powder.
better than i can do with a lyman and swiss 1.5f black powder, which users of this machine rate at +/- 0.1.
keep safe,
bruce.

Bruce, I bought one back in 2006 and used it for a few months. It did not cut the powder and was smooth and accurate to +/-0.2gns with '08 & '09. I had occasional problems with powder clumping in the hopper when it was humid so went back to using my Redding. In fairness to the manufacturer, current models may well be an improved design.

For ultra accurate loads you still need to weigh. So where is the advantage?
